Designing organizations, policies, processes, procedures and tools specific to the client.
Defining and implementing job descriptions (role, responsibilities, objectives, know-how, behavioral competencies, performance criteria)
Defining, participating to and/or executing the recruitment and internal selection process (preferred profile, search, screening of candidates, selection criteria, interviews and selection)
Conceiving compensation and benefits policies and practices according to the values, objectives and resources of the client and implementing appropriate tools (salary, variable compensation, compulsory and additional benefits)
Designing work contracts, company regulations, collective agreements, management of delicate individual cases (termination, special assignments, restructurings, expatriations, etc.)
Implementing processes to evaluate the performance, the potential and the training needs of individuals; designing development plans in line with that evaluation and the resources of the client
Supporting the evaluation and execution of critical decisions impacting human resources
Conceiving and implementing action and communication plans, including organizational design, new processes and procedures, retention measures and the reassignment of individuals within the new organization
